SKI SEASON OPENS IN MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO SKI AREA
The snow whitens the peaks where the Alps meet the Dolomites: from today, all the lifts in the Madonna di Campiglio ski area are officially open with many new features.
A system of fast ski lifts and slopes: Madonna di Campiglio is the largest ski area in Trentino, with 156 kilometers of interconnected runs across the three ski areas of Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo and Folgarida-Marilleva. The Pinzolo-Campiglio Express gondola connects the two towns in just 16 minutes, offering unparalleled views of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park. From Doss del Sabion, the cable car reaches the Five Lakes, situated just north of the renowned “Canalone Miramonti”.
Skiers can choose from over 100 runs (43 blue, 37 red, and 23 black runs) as well as 4 snow parks, such as the Ursus Snow Park at Grostè, one of the top-rated in the Alps. A single ski pass provides access to all these facilities, and snow is guaranteed on the slopes. It is possible to ski from dawn to dusk and also at night on the “Canalone Miramonti”, the slope that hosts the 3Tre Ski World Cup, one of the most famous slalom races in alpine skiing, which this season will be held on 8th January 2025.
But a day on skis is also a lifestyle experience, especially during the après-ski time, when you stop for an aperitif together, enjoying the view, appetisers and music in the background.

From major international events dedicated to sports, traditions and taste, to numerous activities such as Nordic skiing, ski mountaineering, walking and snowshoeing, wellness activities in the snow, and even climbing on frozen waterfalls.
