From 1^st to 17^th March, Lefay SPA Dolomiti will host Agnieszka Kowalska, beauty trainer and Level 4 Licensed KOBIDO® Facialist, certified by Dr Shogo Mochizuki, a 26^th Generation Master of Kobido, the successor and head of the ancient Kobido lineage. She offers a unique combination of holistic treatments, including hormone yoga, menopausal skin care, aromatherapy and Kobido, Japanese facial massage for a deep transformation of body, mind and spirit. Kobido massage rejuvenates the face, slows down the ageing process, improves the complexion and boosts skin hydration.  It is also particularly effective against stress, reduces the effects of bruxism, and relieves headaches and digestive disorders.
